When you purchase a subscription, do you still have to pay for patterns you want?
- Your chosen plan will cover 2-12 Ditto/Ditto Designer/Ditto Craft patterns per month (with the exception of the BYOP only plan). Click here to view our available subscriptions. You can always purchase patterns individually and add BYOP storage space to any plan.
Does a subscription cover third-party pattern designers?
- Third-party patterns are not included in subscription plans unless specifically designated by the seller. They are always available to purchase à la carte and will remain in your Pattern Library permanently, even if you pause or cancel your subscription.
Can I still purchase Ditto patterns individually if I have an active subscription?
- Yes, you can still purchase à la carte. This is a permanent purchase that you will retain even if you pause or cancel your subscription. Simply open the desired pattern and select Purchase, then ADD TO BAG. Click your shopping bag in the upper right of the webpage and follow the prompts to check out.
How do I get my three months free subscription?
- You must purchase a Ditto projector to receive a three month free subscription. Once purchased, scan the QR code located inside the Ditto box to activate your free trial.
Is it true that if you discontinue your membership subscription with Ditto Patterns that you lose all of your patterns?
- Your Ditto subscription can be “paused” one month at a time, up to three months, without losing any of your patterns, customizations, or measurement profiles. Click here to learn how to pause your subscription.
Can I use my current projector setup and purchase a Ditto subscription separately?
- At this time, you can only use the Ditto projector to project the patterns available on the Ditto website.
I am locked out of my account. What should I do?
- If you cannot access your account, please make sure you have selected the correct login information. If the problem persists, try resetting your password. Click the Forgot your password? prompt under CONTINUE on the login page. Enter your email address to have a reset link sent directly to your inbox. Click the link and follow the instructions.
